apartments and rentals. 86% of all prospective renters will use the
internet at least once during their search. Apartment and rental websites
are a dime a dozen, are seldom viewed, and very few are profitable. The
entire domestic rental market is dominated by 3 or 4 internet based
companies who lack the local knowledge that you possess. Landlords will
always have vacancies that will require tenants and your services.
A GoPromo affiliate is responsible for establishing and servicing clients
in a defined market. Our foundation is built on friendships; great
customer service with face to face meetings will always create
friendships. A client has a choice of paying a flat fee each month or
paying by the lease which allows you to capture more revenues. An average
affiliate will spend one-two years building a business with a solid
foundation. A business with a solid foundation will support your family
while you sleep. If the foundation is maintained, it becomes an asset that
produces money non-stop.
Our strategic goal is to change an entire industry by providing great
